hexmixsaw that rionaleonhart had done this meme, and while it looked like a lot of fun i was also like "do i remember enough about the shows i've seen to answer these questions" which then turned it into a challenge lmao. anyway, picking my shows based on which ones i thought i'd best be able to remember character names for;;; (which really just means: have i watched it recently or did i read/write fic for it.)

1) Who’s your favourite character in 2 (The Glory)?
my knee-jerk response was Moon, bc, well. it's hard not to love her. but then i was also thinking about how completely ride-or-die and unhinged Dr. Joo is and then i was reconsidering a little lol. might be leaning more towards him just bc of how batshit his character is when u sit down and really think about it. like the knife reveal was such a slap in the face (in a good way).
2) Who’s your least favourite character in 1 (The Terror)?
Hickey's an easy pick but he's also INTERESTING. honestly might have to go with Sir John: not only was he a racist, elitist idiot who doomed everyone, but he also commits the greatest sin: being boring.
3) What’s your favourite episode of 4 (Teen Wolf)?
do i even remember individual episodes......i mean the pool ep is prob a safe pick as a Sterek shipper, but i also really enjoyed a lot of the Lydia-being-haunted-by-Peter nonsense so maybe...an ep that has that happening? i really cannot remember it's been like ten years :c
4) What’s your favourite season of 5 (Alma)?
there's only one season lmao (and there's only likely to be one rip). maybe i should switch this with the prev question? yes, let's do that:
Fave season of Teen Wolf: the second probably, if only bc i really liked Erica and Boyd (i KNOOOOOW ;_;) the kamina nonsense was ridic but it was significantly less ridic than pretty much everything that came after and i can vibe with that.
Fave episode of Alma: the Alma/Deva reveal (i'm not going to know the name of it unless i look it up and i'm still trying not to look things up!!!!) anyway i think it's like the second to the last ep but, even tho u can figure out what's going on before that it still hits incredibly hard, and then the show gets to do the little fliperoo with the title, like u know they were so heckin pleased with that (for good reason!!!!). second fave is the one where Bruno finds Martin, if only bc the spelunking/drone search of the caves is legit terrifying (plus there's just some beautiful shots there).
5) What’s your favourite ship in 3 (Supernatural)?
(i've just realized my #3 is the same asrionaleonhart's and ngl i'm tempted to swap something bc i know which questions will be for #3 but i've already answered questions for everything else already aaaaaa)
Dean/Cas. tho tbh i started with Dean/Crowley lmao. Destiel was THE OTP for a while there (i always hated the portmanteau tho lol). spoiled for choice with fic too.
as for why i liked it? i mean the whole 'gripped you tight and raised you from perdition' thing is a lot u know?
6) Who is your anti-ship in 2 (The Glory)?
oh. hmm. i don't know if people even ship things in this show aside from the canon pairing lmao. like literally all the characters aside from the main 2-4 are so fucking hateful, like one of the main draws to the show is how much enjoyment u get from watching these ppl suffer. i mean i guess i was actively rooting for Yeon-jin's husband to dump her ass so maybe Yeon-jin/her husband? like does anyone even ship that??? ok i'm not counting this as looking things up but i AM bout to load up ao3 to see if there's The Glory fic hang on--
okay there are 198 fics for The Glory and just a quick skim of the first page of results didn't reveal any Yeon-jin/her husband fics tho i did see one for Moon/Dr. Joo/Yeon-jin's husband and i'm here to report that i ship that now, that person is 1000% correct.
7) How long have you watched 1 (The Terror)?
uh. i just started & finished it last month lmao. marathoned it in around 3 days i think? no plans to watch the following seasons either; season 1 was very nicely self-contained and i wasn't really interested in the premises for the other seasons.
8) How did you become interested in 3 (Supernatural)?
my dad and brother cajoled me into watching it with them. i was in a very bad place mentally at the time and they were like just trying to get me out of bed/interacting with people lmao. i ended up watching the last three eps of season 5 with them, and i remember them being all excited about Castiel, all "there's this angel named Cas, and you'll love him, he's great" but then i didn't see much of him at all bc he'd just exploded himself, instead i got to see a lot of Crowley, who i loved instantly. anyway thanks for dragging me out of that depressive spiral, Crowley lol.
9) Who’s your favourite actor in 4 (Teen Wolf)?
oh, hmm...i mean i do feel like Dylan O'Brien does a great job, but i also really like Guy Who Plays Peter (not looking things up!!!!!) just for really bringing the camp. (also remembering the fit i had when i realized the guy who voices Fenris Dragon Age was going to be in season 3. Gideon Emory?? anyway he does have a lovely voice, so there's that.)
10) Which show do you prefer? 1 (The Terror), 2 (The Glory), or 5 (Alma)?
well The Terror's really gonna have recency bias. i feel like i can easily cut Alma, not bc it's a bad show, bc it isn't by any means, but The Terror is really one of the most solid seasons of television that i've seen, and then The Glory is probably the most cathartic anything it's possible to see. like it's really an emotional tour de force.
thinking about it, of the three i think that The Glory is probably the one i'd rec the most, so i might go with that. The Terror also suffers from the infamous "who are all of these white men" problem--like i loved the heck out of the show but i still needed a cheat sheet to figure out who was who.
11) Which show have you seen more episodes of; 1 (The Terror) or 3 (Supernatural)?
unfortunately the answer is Supernatural -_- easy feat tho considering the show refused to end for so damn long. i never watched all of it, maybe through season 7 or 8? but i definitely watched more than i should have wasted my time on, that's for damn sure.
12) If you could be anyone from 4 (Teen Wolf), who would you be?
i don't particularly want to be any of them lmao. i kept vacillating between Lydia (great hair and fashion; catches shit on fire) and Danny (The Most Normal) but the deciding NO factor for each was that i remembered they each dated one of the weird werewolf twins and like....i don't want that, no thanks.
13) How would you kill off your favourite character in 1 (The Terror)?
incredibly funny pick for this question bc 1) they all die. the historical incident the show is based on is infamous for precisely the fact that they all die, but also 2) my favorite is Crozier who did actually make it (in the show anyway).
and honestly i do think he should have died too. the little twist you get at the end that ties back to the show's opening is fun and all, but i do think he probably should have met the same fate as his men. succumbed to his injuries; froze alone in the cold. you know, something fittingly fucking depressing lmao.
14) Give a random quote from 1 (The Terror).

15) Would a 3 (Supernatural)/4 (Teen Wolf) crossover work?
yes, in fact there have been many written. i even read one once but i don't remember if i liked it or what it was about?? i will say one of my fave Teen Wolf fics is the one where Stiles and Derek are hit with an amnesia spell/curse and end up thinking they're hunters like Sam and Dean, which isn't a crossover, in fact it's not even really a fusion fic, but it's really good so i'm counting it.
16) Pair two characters in 1 (The Terror) that would make an unlikely, but strangely okay couple.
uhhh...unlikely as in 'for the fandom'? or 'in general'? bc i feel like if u went with Crozier/Fitzjames it would be seen as 'unlikely' in canon due to, you know, period-specific homophobia, but then it's also like the most obvious ship lol.
otherwise i haven't spent enough time in the fandom to know what would be 'unlikely' bc i was going to say like Goodsir/Hickey or Crozier/Hickey but like those also kind of seem obvious to me, the rarepair enjoyer, even tho i also think they may not be more widely enjoyed (see: the rarepair enjoyer). Hickey being kind of thoroughly detestable makes him a fun challenge in the 'would Goodsir or Crozier manage to balance some of that out at all' and like...probably not but also it'd be fun to try to write it :p
17) Has 5 (Alma) inspired you in any way?
i made some icons for it! otherwise, no. i think it's really neat tho and that you could prob write some really soul-crushing Deva-centric fic lol.
18) Overall, which show has a better cast? 3 (Supernatural) or 5 (Alma)?
ah. oh boy, so i've got some real bias here against the cast of SPN. trying to be objective and like...some of them are better actors than others. that's the best i can do lol. knowing absolutely nothing about the cast of Alma however i can say that overall they all did a fantastic job. again, some better than others, but i also don't dislike any of them so that's already a plus lmao.
19) Which has better theme music, 2 (The Glory) or 4 (Teen Wolf)?
so like Teen Wolf does have an excellent soundtrack ngl. but like it's MTV so it'd be weirder if it didn't. but just comparing the title themes...i do think The Glory wins out. i mean, Teen Wolf's is fine, but also: consider.
